Q: What is uWalk?
A: uWalk is a free, web-based service designed to allow schools to run walk-a-thon type fundraisers.

Q: Can you use uWalk for generic (non-school) walk-a-thons?
A: Yes! When creating a uWalk account, be sure to select "Generic" instead of "School" terminology. Basically, if you choose "Generic" terminology, any references to "students" and "classes" will be replaced with terminology for "participants" and "teams".
Q: Can you change the title "Walk-a-thon" to something else? Such as "Jog-a-thon" or "Bike-a-thon" or etc?
A: Yes! From your uWalk Admin Panel, just choose "View or change event information" and change the Event "Name" field to whatever you want.
